Brockenhurst is a spacious bungalow with its four bedrooms, living and dining areas located over two floors. The entrance to the property is through a fully-glazed verandah/TV room with rattan sofa seating and windows overlooking the garden that make the most of the light and views. In the centre of the house is a hallway with hardwood staircase. To the right, an intimate dining room with table for ten overlooks the side garden.

To the left is a comfortable lounge with luxurious sofas and armchairs and a coffee table arranged atop a fine rug. Beautiful oil paintings, which is a feature throughout the bungalow adds to the charm. The fireplace brings a welcome dose of nostalgia at night when it is lit and friends and family gather for drinks and conversation whilst warming themselves by the flames.

At  the rear of the hallway, a corridor leads to the back of the house to a fully fledged pantry, kitchen and staff quaters. To the far left of the hallway is a double bedroom that overlooks and intimate garden to the front of the house. It has a king bed and a colourfull ensuite bathroom with shower. Next to this bedroom is another bathroom, equipped with bathtub and overhead shower.

At the top of the staircase is a small reading area with a collection of books; whilst to the left is the master bedroom. More of a family suite since it contains two queen beds and a single bed. It has views both to the front and the side of the bungalow. This bedroom has a wood panel cupboard, a dressing table, a fire place (not working) and a ensuite bathroom with an overhead shower. To the right of the reading area is the third bedroom with both a queen bed and a single bed. This room overlooks both the front and side of the garden.

The fourth bedroom is an intimate double, which is especially cozy with its low ceiling. This bedroom has views of the side of the house. The bathroom on the first floor is closest to the double room and has an overhead shower and a bath tub.
